A Russian Progress spacecraft, filled with cargo for the ISS, is scheduled to take off on top of a Soyuz rocket from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan at 12:49PM ET. After launch, the Progress will make four orbits around Earth and then dock to the Zvezda module on the station at 6:45PM ET.
